     In this part, I think I will focus on Gender, Age and Ethnicity. My effective communication style might be separated into three parts, because I think these three parts are the most influential parts in diversity. 
     I can point out some effective communication skill refer to Gender, Age and Ethnicity.

C. Positive Cultural Conflict & Cultural Communication Conflict
     I can stretch the part of Ethnicity with talking about Positive Cultural Communication Conflict.

A. The Interactive Communication Process
     Definition : What's interactive communication process?

B. Elements that affect interactive communication
     Keywords: Messages, Encoding, Feedback, Noise, Context

C. Organizational Communication
     Definition: Exchange oral, written, nonverbal messages
     Organizational Theory - System Theory
     I choose System Theory because of nowadays, we would not satisfy with only Theory X and Y anymore. In my opinion, I do think X and Y Theory are the good organizational theories but they seem a little bit not so uptodate. For organizations today, we not only focus on the part of business, but also pay attention to our business environment. Environment change organizations a lot.

Chapter 2

A. Organizational Structure
     In the case of Tall Organization, I think this type would make managers supervise their follower and do the work of management more easier. But the more classes it has the less working messages could exchange directly and correctly. Maybe I will prefer flat organization to tall organization. Even if in flat organization, managers are more works needing to do because they have to manage several employees at one time. They have to pay attention to every body and know his or her followers well. Flat organization seems challenge managers more than tall organization. But I think flat organization likes a family. Everybody has tight and close relationship with their manager. Although managers in flat organization might be do more works than managers who are in tall organization, but I think flat organization's managers could deal with communication more easier.

     I choose face-to face, e-mail, telephone and according to different situation

E. Anxiety Management
     Keywords: Causes, Effects, Manage
     As a manager, I have to find out the different causes of communication anxiety and how to overcome it for my followers. Communication will affect effective communication with no doubt.
